Yavar Nanbakhsh

A talented and dedicated professional with years of international experience in design, architecture, and construction. Skilled in design-built process, project managing, team corporation and conceptual 2D & 3D drafting. Worked on various projects from several countries on residential and commercial buildings including architectural, electrical design and remodeling. Yavar brings a keen understanding of the design build process to his role as Residential Designer for Floor Plan 2 Remodeling. Yavar earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Applied Science & Technology in Iran before moving to the United States and earning a Masters in Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design, San Diego.

An ambitious, dedicated, proactive, team-driven, detail oriented and fast learner architectural intern persuading the path to an Architecture Master degree from NewSchool of Architecture and Design, San Diego and holding a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Gilan University. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Revit Architecture, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and skilled in 3DS Max and Sketch up. Comfortable working as part of a team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises. With years of experience in construction management and architectural design and remodeling. Mainly focused on residential projects.
